The goal of the One Breath Necklace is to help mindful breathing feel accessible and doable, and it should help the user start to ground their body in the present and away from stressful thoughts. Please remember all meditation techniques take time and practice. Your One Breath Necklace will come with a small meditation pocketbook that will explain proper technique for using the necklace for meditation.

Our Grounded and Growing No Worries Sprays are handmade by Nicole in Austin, Texas. Nicole, the co-founder of Grounded and Growing Wellness, will create the spray of your choice, Reiki charge it, and add crystals that are appropriate for the spray. We hope that together, the One Breath Meditation Necklace and the No Worries Sprays will surround your heart with a calming hug as you work on living in the moment. The One Breath Meditation Necklace will come in a velvet bag with a cleaning cloth. It will also come with a small meditation pocketbook with directions for using the necklace and interfaith poems about focusing on the day at hand. Your handmade spray will be sent in a recyclable glass bottle. 

Please do not allow your One Breath Meditation Necklace to come in contact with water (except for cleaning), chemicals, or oils. Avoid wearing during exercise, as sweat will react with the jewelry to produce silver chloride and copper sulfide, which causes the jewelry to deteriorate and corrode over time. It is also recommended that you occasionally, gently rinse your necklace with warm soapy water and allow to air dry completely to prevent buildup of bacteria.

Shake well before each use. Spray in your room or hold 6 inches from your body and spray on arms and chest. Breathe deep. 

No Worries Calming Spray with Lavender contains Lavender Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Cedarwood Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

No Worries Calming Spray with Lemon Balm contains Lemon Balm Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Holy Basil Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Vetiver Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

No Worries Grief Spray contains Lavender Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Rose Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

Caution: Use spray only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with face, eyes, and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Products with lavender not recommended for boys. Stop use if irritation occurs and wash skin with warm soapy water to remove. Flammable - Keep away from open flames. Essential oils may discolor some fabrics. Surfaces may become damp when sprayed - avoid slips and falls. If swallowed, contact poison control immediately.  

How do I use the sprays?

There is no one right answer to this question, except that you should never be consuming the sprays or ingesting them in any way.

Some people like to use the sprays as a body spray. Some people like to utilize the sprays as an air freshener in the space where they are. Everyone is different. Trust your gut and don't overcomplicate it. If you are using the spray as a body spray, test a small amount of the spray on your skin to make sure you are not allergic. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and wash with warm, soapy water. If you don't have a reaction, use the spray as you would any body spray, remembering that like anything that contains essential oils, the oils may alter the color of some fabrics. Never spray in your eyes or mucous membranes.

Nicole uses these sprays as both a room spray and body spray. When she sprays them, she takes a moment to breathe deep and say a prayer. Her practice is to incorporate the sprays into mini-mindfulness moments, but you should do what works for you.
