Who We Are
My name is Rev. Nicole Estefana (she/her).
I am an ordained Presbyterian Pastor (PCUSA) who has anxiety and severe trauma. I have spent my career working as a chaplain with people in crisis. I help other people living with mental health concerns or grief to connect with their spirituality, whatever that is, and appreciate their own unique amazingness as they continue to grow. I am a biracial woman (white Chicana) who is also a Curadera (traditional Mexican Healer), an Advanced Crystal Master, and Reiki Practitioner.
I started Grounded and Growing Earth Healing and Wellness in 2022 with the help of my husband Greg who himself has ADHD and depression. After almost two decades of ministry as a hospital chaplain, I found that 20 years of seeing people only in crisis was wearing me down. I wanted a way to help people with all of my gifts outside of emergency situations. For that reason, Grounded and Growing Wellness is a curated group of products that I have tested personally, products that I have made myself and tested with the help of the Lipan Apache community in Central Texas, and spiritual healing services that I offer.
