Shipping policy

When will my order ship after purchasing?

Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Unless otherwise specified, please allow 1 extra day for all custom orders. Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you are shipping to. 

All products ship from the United States. As such, orders delivered to the United States will typically arrive very soon. However, any predicted arrival dates are estimates, and cannot be fully relied upon as there can sometimes be unexpected delays in shipping.

Estimated Shipping Time

United States: 2-5 working days once your order has shipped. 

Other Countries: 6-20 working days once your order has shipped. 

All domestic and international orders will have tracking numbers from dispatch to delivery. 

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 restrictions on international transport, please expect some delays in the delivery of your package. 

What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
