Our love and encouragement kit combines our Guardian Ring with a spray of your choice - all at a discount. The Guardian Ring is made of genuine sterling silver so it will last the test of time, and it is adjustable, so you don't have to worry about getting the right size. 

Our Grounded and Growing No Worries Sprays are handmade by Nicole in Austin, Texas. Nicole, the co-founder of Grounded and Growing Wellness, will create the spray of your choice, Reiki charge it, and add crystals that are appropriate for the spray. We hope that together, the Guardian Ring and the No Worries Sprays will surround your heart with a hug and reassure your soul that no matter what you are going through, it is not the end of your story. Your ring will arrive in a velvet pouch with a polishing cloth and a card of your choosing (card choices are shown in the product images). Your handmade spray will be sent in a recyclable glass bottle. 

Even though the Guardian Ring is genuine sterling silver, it is not recommended to be worn in water, in saunas, pools, baths, showers, or during exercising. Avoid wearing during exercise, as sweat will react with the jewelry to produce silver chloride and copper sulfide, which causes the jewelry to deteriorate and corrode over time. We recommend you do not allow lotions and oils to come in contact with your ring. Again, it is genuine silver, but best practice for silver jewelry is to keep it out of water and away from chemicals. 

Best practice for adjustable jewelry is to adjust it once to the size needed for your finger, and then to not adjust it again. Sterling silver jewelry that is bent over and over will wear down and may break. Please only adjust your ring once so that you will not compromise the integrity of the metal. Thank you.

Shake well before each use. Spray in your room or hold 6 inches from your body and spray on arms and chest. Breathe deep. 

No Worries Calming Spray with Lavender contains Lavender Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Cedarwood Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

No Worries Calming Spray with Lemon Balm contains Lemon Balm Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Holy Basil Essential Oil, Geranium Essential Oil, Vetiver Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

No Worries Grief Spray contains Lavender Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Rose Essential Oil, Distilled Water, Distilled Witch Hazel, and Vegetable Glycerin.

Caution: Use spray only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with face, eyes, and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Products with lavender not recommended for boys. Stop use if irritation occurs and wash skin with warm soapy water to remove. Flammable - Keep away from open flames. Essential oils may discolor some fabrics. Surfaces may become damp when sprayed - avoid slips and falls. If swallowed, contact poison control immediately.  

How do I use the sprays?

There is no one right answer to this question, except that you should never be consuming the sprays or ingesting them in any way.

Some people like to use the sprays as a body spray. Some people like to utilize the sprays as an air freshener in the space where they are. Everyone is different. Trust your gut and don't overcomplicate it. If you are using the spray as a body spray, test a small amount of the spray on your skin to make sure you are not allergic. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and wash with warm, soapy water. If you don't have a reaction, use the spray as you would any body spray, remembering that like anything that contains essential oils, the oils may alter the color of some fabrics. Never spray in your eyes or mucous membranes.

Nicole uses these sprays as both a room spray and body spray. When she sprays them, she takes a moment to breathe deep and say a prayer. Her practice is to incorporate the sprays into mini-mindfulness moments, but you should do what works for you.
