Limpias are traditional forms of spiritual cleansing with purification rituals and prayer.

Your one hour remote session will start with up to a 30 minute Plática so you can speak about how you are feeling. This is not a therapy session, and Nicole will not be offering clinical advice. This is a traditional healing method for you to get your words out. 

After the Plática, I will use an obsidian egg to draw out stagnant energy from your aura or energetic body, then I will use copal smoke or frankincense, a small fire, feathers and prayers to offer a blessing and ask for healing. 

After the Limpia I will place you in a 15 minute healing, grounding, or protection layout. 

In cultural settings, this term is used to refer to a part of the session where the client is given the opportunity to speak from the heart to clarify issues, share the reason for seeing Nicole, resolve old hurts and free blocked energy in order to move beyond current unsatisfactory situations. How do I use the sprays in general?

There is no one right answer to this question, except that you should never be consuming the sprays or ingesting them in any way.

You must shake each bottle before use as the ingredients are 100% natural, which means they will separate over time and will need to be re-mixed together.

Some people like to use the calming and grief sprays as a body spray. Some people like to utilize the sprays as an air freshener in the space where they are. Everyone is different. Trust your gut and don't overcomplicate it. If you are using the calming or grief sprays as a body sprays, test a small amount of the spray on your skin to make sure you are not allergic. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and wash with warm, soapy water. If you don't have a reaction, use the spray as you would any body spray, remembering that like anything that contains essential oils, the oils may alter the color of some fabrics. Never spray in your eyes or mucous membranes.

Nicole uses the calming and grief sprays as both room sprays and body sprays. When she sprays them, she takes a moment to breathe deep and say a prayer. Her practice is to incorporate the sprays into mini-mindfulness moments, but you should do what works for you.

How do I use the sleep sprays?

The sleep sprays are not prescription medicine or magic. The hope is that you will fall asleep easier when you use them, but everyone is different. If you find that you wake up several times a night, this may still happen with the sprays too, but hopefully you will fall back asleep easily and quickly. None of the sprays have been evaluated by the FDA. If you consistently deal with insomnia, you should contact a medical professional or sleep doctor.

For general use, you can spray the pillow or area where you are going to sleep so that you can smell the spray as you fall asleep (it is suggested that you test the spray on a small, inconspicuous part of your bedding to make sure the spray will not discolor your fabric). Less is more when you start to use the spray. Pump one or two sprays onto your pillow or sheets and see how that works. Gradually increase the amount of spray pumps over time as you see fit. If you wake up during the night you can use your spray again. As this spray is made with 100% natural ingredients, the spray will not linger on your bedding for more than 24 hours. You will have to use the spray again every time you lie down. 

Can I spray the sleep spray directly on my body?

If you have followed the advice above, know you are not allergic, know the sprays will not discolor your clothes, and know how to spray so that you won't get the spray in your eyes or mucous membranes, yes, you can use this as a body spray. The spray works as you breathe it in, so wherever you spray it on your body, you will want to make sure it is somewhere you will be able to smell while lying down. 

What If I don't like the smell?

Everyone is different. If you are comfortable trying the sprays for a few days or nights to see if you can adjust to the smell, please do. If you can't stand the smell, then by all means, stop use of the spray. We do not accept returns of sprays. We do have samples of all the sprays that you can purchase to see if you like the smell before committing to buying a larger bottle.

The One Breath Meditation Necklace - Flute Version is based on the Japanese Komoso Buddhist practice of blowing Zen, and is a tangible way to help people learn how to slow their breathing. This Meditation Necklace gives the person using it a physical way to channel and slow their breathing as opposed to relying on counting, visualization, or other breathing techniques.
